Ms. Pearce is an expert in working with demonstration sites to develop and implement comprehensive strategic plans; writing and administering federal grant funding; and creating interactive educational opportunities for juvenile and family court professionals. Ms. Pearce is working with the Linking Systems of Care demonstration sites and is working to create dynamic educational tools for the project.

Michele Robinson has coordinated site based demonstration initiatives through the Office on Violence Against Women’s Justice for Families Grant Project. She is the Project Coordinator on the Linking Systems of Care project and works closely with NCJFCJ TTA teams, OVC, and LSC State Demonstration sites to coordinate training, technical assistance, and deliverables. She is responsible for organizing state efforts to establish a coordinated response and assist in grant deliverables, TTA, grant management, liaising with TTA teams, national steering committee, demonstration sites, OVC, and other national partners.

Ms. Schiller has worked for NCJFCJ for fifteen years, and as a Site Manager, she facilitates on-site technical assistance, leads comprehensive court demonstration projects, manages federal grants, and researches evidence-based practices to improve social justice systems. Ms. Schiller specializes in facilitating strategic planning activities for multidisciplinary stakeholder groups during large-scale implementation/improvement efforts.
